Greg became the Senior Pastor of Red Bluff Baptist Church in August 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from William Carey University with a minor in communication, and a Master of Divinity Degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in Christian Thought. Greg is married to Heather, they have one boy named Cross and a dog named Baggins.

John has been at RBBC since June of 2007. He currently serves as Associate Pastor and minister to youth. He felt called into ministry at the age of fourteen while attending a youth camp at Gulfshore Baptist Assembly in Mississippi. He received a Bachelor of Arts from William Carey College in 2006 with a major in history and minors in speech communication and Biblical languages. He graduated with a Masters of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in May 2009 with a specialization in Biblical Languages. He is married to his friend Cheryl of Panama City, FL who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State as well as an MDiv. From NOBTS. She is also an interpreter in American Sign Language. The couple also has a basset/lab mixed named Nellie.

Heather officially became the choir director of RBBC in March 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi with a minor in both music and math. She taught k-12 music for five years before becoming a full-time mom in 2009.
